At the Official Marshmello Shop, we want you to love your gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or the portal.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
